Finest Home Cinemas is a trading name of Bath CI Ltd (company no. 05088773), and Bath CI Ltd is the data controller for the personal information described here. We keep this simple, because what we do with your data is simple.

What we collect, and why

When you enquire — by the form on this site or by email — you send us your name, email address, optionally a telephone number, the project location, and whatever you choose to tell us about the cinema. The enquiry form composes an email in your own mail application; this website itself stores nothing you type. We use what you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, if the project goes ahead, to run it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you initiated, and performance of a contract if we work together.

What we don't do

We don't sell or share your details for marketing. We don't add you to a mailing list — we don't run one. This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Retention and your rights

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it is useful to the conversation, and project records for as long as we look after the room — plus whatever UK company and tax law obliges us to retain. Under UK GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it; write to hello@finesthomecinemas.co.uk and we will deal with it directly. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
